The connection joints on your Toddler Seat are designed to be able to move independently from one another for a smooth and easy recline function, but because of this, they can become misaligned from time to time.

Not to worry! It's actually super easy to get them lined up and ready to connect to your Stroller Frame or 2nd Seat Kit Adapters. Just release the white latch at the top of the Seat (the recline lever) and rotate the problem joint at the same time, so that it's lined up with the other side. See how it's done here:
